If there is among you a poor man of your brethren, within any of the gates in your land which the Lord your God is giving you, you shall not harden your heart nor shut your hand from your poor brother, but you shall open your hand wide to him and willingly lend him sufficient for his need, whatever he needs. Beware lest there be a wicked thought in your heart saying "The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand", and your eye will be evil against your poor brother and you give him nothing, and he cry out to the Lord against you, and it become sin among you.  You shall surely give to him , and your heart should not be grieve when you give to him, because for this thing the Lord your God will bless you in all your works and in all to which you put your hand. For the poor will never cease from the land; therefore I command you saying, 'You shall open your hand wide to your brother, to your poor and your needy in your land'. Deuteronomy 15.7-11

You shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and the Lord your God redeemed you; therefore I command you this thing today. Deuteronomy 15.15

Forget what happened long ago! Don't think about the past. I am creating something new. There it is! Do you see it? I have put roads in deserts and streams in thirsty places. Isaiah 43.18,19

Are any of you suffering hardship? You should pray. Are any of you happy? You should sing praises. Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well. And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven. James 5.13-16

Our vision is eight-fold

• To take out the king and take over the city: the world (James 5.13-16). 
• Extend a helping hand to those that are in need (Deuteronomy 15.7-11,15). 
• Allow God to use us to spread the apostolic anointing and power using unique measures (Acts 2). 

• To help the people and preach God's Word; setting the captives free, healing the sick, delivering the troubled, and comfort the broken-hearted (Isaiah 61). 
• The Lord has called Pastor Keith O. Williams to serve as a prophet to the nations, traveling worldwide to deliver the prophetic voice of God (Jeremiah 1.-4-9). 
• To spread the love of Jesus Christ through the anointing preaching and teaching of the Word of God, healing the sick, delivering the lost (Matthew 4.23-25). 
• Extend God's saving power to the ends of the Earth by speaking the Word throughout the world as indicated by The Great Commission (Matthew 28.16-20). 
• Equip the saints for the work of the ministry, preparing them for spiritual warfare (Ephesians 6.10-20). 

At Great I Am Ministries Outreach International, we perfectly understand that in order to go into ministry, you must have  been through something.  You must have:

• A compassion for people

• Have a burden in your heart for  the brethren

• Want to give and help without grieving or of necessity.  After all, God loves a cheerful giver.

Why God gave Great I Am Ministries Outreach International such a profound vision?  The old ways of doing things in ministry are over.  There is a new apostolic movement that is taking place.  God is pouring His spirit to all that will receive it, working with people to bring signs and wonders to the Earth. Be apart of that great event and watch the Lord give you supernatural favor wherever you go.

Even though Great I Am Ministries Outreach International has had a small beginning, we already found the favor of the Lord at hand. As long as we continue to live right, write the vision and make it plain, and wait on God, the vision will bring out provision. We have seen that already.
